Our qualified specialists localize the cause of the damage to or in the vicinity of the property. Through the use of the latest tools and high quality brand name products we repair the damage, also taking ecological aspects into consideration.
Drying methods
Depending on the dampness problem we recommend subsequent horizontal barriers or a subsequent vertical waterproofing. While the horizontal barrier involves putting a permanent barrier in front of the rising damp, the vertical seal on exterior walls or joints stops water penetrating at the side.
For the subsequent horizontal barrier the following technique is used:
• Non-destructive moisture measurement / analysis
• Injection method
Waterproofing methods
If water and moisture penetrates into rooms under ground, the external waterproofing is inadequate or defective. On a detached building this can be remedied relatively easily from outside. In contrast, with external waterproofing from inside specialists are required in every case. We also renovate without exposing the cellar walls. The perfect solution, when the local conditions inhibit excavating or outdoor installations must be protected.
There, where it is not possible to carry out a drying process from outside, it is possible to attach a so-called “black tank” from the inside.
This is an attachment of multilayer flexible sealing slurries in the wall, floor and if necessary, the ceiling area.
